Sally trained at Ecole Ballet Studios under the direction of Jane Allyn, Ashley Killar, Kit Lethby and Hanne Larsen before going on to complete her Certificate 4 in Performing Arts at Brent St Studios. After graduating Sally went on to dance for companies such as Glow Show Global (2009-2010), Carnival Cruise Lines (2010-2011), The Wiggles (2010-2017) and Princess Cruises (2011-2020).
Over her 9 years with Princess Cruises, Sally progressed through a series of promotions working in the capacities of Dancer, Assistant Cast Manager, Cast Manager, Install Director and Audition Teacher. She was also fortunate to be selected for the inaugural casts of the Royal Princess and Regal Princess, where she worked alongside choreographers Danny Teeson, Gene Castle and Liz Imperio on the creation of 7 new shows for the company.
In 2019 Sally received an ‘Above and Beyond’ award for rehearsing and reworking multiple shows to accommodate for cast injury and illness without affecting entertainment scores and OBEs.
Whilst dancing professionally, Sally continued studying by distance education to complete a Certificate in Nutrition with Beck Health and to obtain her Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies with the Royal Academy of Dance. Sally holds Registered Teacher status with the RAD and is currently studying towards her Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment (TAE40116). Sally is excited to take on her new role as Training Manager
at Classical Ballet 121.
